At the WAL A G M held on Saturday 20th June at the Split Willow in Llanfairfechan the member clubs re elected all the officers for another season with Eric Wyn Jones of Pen y Groes being elected a life member of the league

The Formation of the League is as listed below with a record 47 teams in Four Division an increase of nine from last season.
