A Second club has resigned from the League North Western Division
giving the problems of signing extra players when players have left the club to play in a lower division, as clubs playing at level three and above are not allowed to registered players outside of the transfer window, But clubs below are allowed too,
This rule must be looked at as it affects many other clubs and other might follow if changes are to made.
The other is the extra cost of travel esspecial in the Western Division with the cost of travel at a more higher level the some clubs can now afford. Extra funding should be given to clubs at level three as like at other levels are given for travel.
