LLannerchymedd Resign from League

The league has been informed that Llannerchymedd F C have resigned from the Welsh Alliance League Division Two for next season

We are all sorry to lose Llanerchymedd, but wish them well for the future

it is understood that they have been accepted into the Gwynedd league for next season

Club Statement from the Chairman

As you all may well know by now CPD LLANNERCHYMEDD FC has stepped down from the Welsh Alliance 2 division to the Gwynedd League, earlier today Chairman Elwyn Hughes sent me a statment on the matter.

" Cpd LLannerchymedd Fc will be playing in the Gwynedd League for season 2019/20, I as chair along with my committee made the decision after loosing all, Yes all of last season's squad due to verious reasons, some to past clubs, some to clubs of higher leagues and some to clubs in the same league? We as a club can only wish them the best of luck where ever they play, but as a local lad and proud chairman of this great club i am asked by, by now ex players, what's happened to LLan fc? I have no answer! i personally make sure the players want for nothing, and all i ask for in exchange was a bit of loyalty to this club, am i old fashioned in thinking this way? what i have seen and someone stated on social media recently the loyalty to a club has gone from Anglesey"?

"I understand this has happened at other clubs on Anglesey in the last few years and they pulled out of football for a season, but the players that left them clubs then, are the ones back there now" "with the strong finish LLan made towards the end of last season, i naively thought we would have been pushing towards the top of the Welsh Alliance second division this season, but it would have been unfair to put so much preasure on the youngsters that Manager Darren Hughes has signed and swayed us towards the Gwynedd League". " Just to finish, these young lads will try their best for the shirt of CPD LLANNERCHYMEDD FC and i hope to see the support of the village of LLan behind them".
