Managment duo step down

Llandyrnog United were dealt a double blow on Saturday as Managers Adam Lloyd and Arwel Hughes announced it would be their final game in charge.

In a statement to the club Adam Lloyd said,
"It is with great sadness that I confirm our resignation; having been part of Llandyrnog Football Club for 15 years or more it was a great honour to be given the opportunity to manage Llandyrnog Football club both this season and over the previous two seasons with Russ Pierce, but with family commitments and business commitments, I am unable to provide the long term commitment, managerial understanding and dedication to the club that the players and supporters deserve."

We would like to thank them both for all their efforts and hard work over the last few months and pleased that they are both happy and keen to stay involved with the club on a committee basis.

The club will be meeting with hopeful candidates over the next week to try fill the position, any interested parties please get in touch with club secretary Matthew Lewis matthewlewis1@live.co.uk
