League Chairman Passes Away

Billy Evans had been Chairman for 30 Years
It is with great sadness and regret I have to inform everyone of the passing of Welsh Alliance league chairman Billy Evans early this morning from a short illness
Billy aged 80 had been chairman of the league for nearly 30 years and was also past president of the North wales coast fa and a member of the Welsh FA council
and is a great loss to football in North Wales
